When are you planning on revisions to this? Also can you revise the vN appendix, like a detailed introduction to vN, projectors, and all will help motivate why these are being used in the review..Same also for the GNS appendix cause it is somewhat confusing, maybe a little more elaboration will help. But this is a good timely review.
